Deposit:

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to your Malaysian bank account (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and others) within 5 to 15 minutes on business days.
• The bank account used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your u9play h5 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• U9play h5 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank may apply its own charges depending on their policy.
• Withdrawals may be delayed by up to 24 hours if KYC verification documentation has not been completed.

All betting activity on u9play h5 subject to the following terms, which every player must read and understand before placing any bets:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed, except through the Cash Out feature available on eligible bets before or during a match.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, market and sports category. These limits are clearly displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager.
• In the event of a postponed, cancelled, or voided match, all related bets will be refunded in full to your account balance.

All bonuses and promotions offered by u9play h5 — including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload promotions, and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. General bonus terms are as follows:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover/turnover) that must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. The exact rollover requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per account, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account to gain bonus advantages or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Using techniques such as hedge betting (arbitrage), creating fake accounts, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to use your u9play h5 account, or using someone else's account to place bets.
• False Information: Submitting inaccurate personal information or impersonating another individual during registration or the KYC process.
